Greg Adams is Chief Financial Officer of Chestnut Carbon. Previously, Greg worked at FuelCell Energy as Senior Vice President, Finance, Risk Management and Treasurer. He is a capital and commodities markets professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate, project and structured finance, treasury, risk management, business development, and strategic planning spanning the energy, power, and metals sectors. Prior to joining FuelCell, Greg spent nearly 17 years in banking with J.P Morgan Chase & Co., Morgan Stanley, Société Générale, and Goldman Sachs working with institutional and corporate clients on complex risk management, financing, and broad capital markets solutions. Before working on Wall Street, Greg held various finance, strategy and business development roles for AES Corporation and Entergy.

Greg received a bachelor’s degree from Denison University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
